What are the types of delivery and the despatch times?
Normal delivery times are 2-4 working days. Special delivery service, such as next day delivery and Saturday delivery are available. Orders placed before 3pm with our Standard Delivery will be shipped the same day. Orders with free delivery selected placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day. The cut off point for Saturday/next working day/AM delivery is 5pm Monday to Friday.
Who can sign for delivery?
Where a signature is required, someone at the delivery address with authority to receive the product is required to sign for the delivery.
What happens if I am not in?
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. We strongly advise against leaving parcels in safe places. This is a service we cannot provide.
